In this next Saturday, ScrumAmazonia will do another webinar. We had a small change in our program schedule. We added a subject with which many teams, project managers and ScrumMasters consider crucial: the development of the Scrum Team. The pursuit of maturity in terms of human aspects, as well as (if not primarily) technical aspects is a first step for a team to be called self-managed, cross-functional and with high performance.
